What’s interesting about imposter syndrome is that it usually gets louder *after* growth starts happening.

Not before.

You finally get the opportunity.

The results improve.

People start taking you seriously.

And suddenly your brain goes:

“Cool. Anyway. What if you’re secretly unqualified?”

This week’s skill is about learning how to keep moving in that weird in-between space — where your old identity feels too small, but the new one still doesn’t feel fully real yet.

That’s the bridge.

This was an amazing article to listen to! I wanted to share that I have experienced impostor syndrome many times in my work prior to my ADHD discovery in late summer, 2023. That voice or emotional stigma, always gets louder the more I was in it, and I am glad to share that I finally have a much better understanding of it after addressing it with my medical team and getting into therapy. These have been extremely motivational, and enlightening. Please keep up the great work!
