This is excellent.

The alarm-anxiety distinction is something I’ve seen play out again and again in clinical work—but it’s rarely named this clearly.

Appreciate how practical and rooted this guide is. Nervous system repair should be central, not optional.

🙌this write up is awesome, I really love that you give an example of what the work can look like. Dealing with trauma can be overwhelming, and many don’t know where to start. Even identifying the triggers can be tough! Thank you Jess!
