You don’t need more proof.

You need to let what already exists actually register.

Curious what resonated most with you here.

This is the first time I have seen a good summary of the "not enough" thoughts I have had my whole life, and it all fits, including not being able to register outside recognition.

Thank you

Was just talking about this with Eimear yesterday! It's hard to let yourself acknowledge how far you've come if you're internal monologue is telling you to keep pushing regardless.

Yeah it’s so hard! We must pause and acknowledge ourselves and give us time to let it sink in so our identity is able to full set in.

I’ve always had a hard time accepting compliments. My first instinct is to brush them off and move on. Work in progress...

So much great information in this piece, Jessica! I had that pattern for many years in my life where I did not recognize compliments or stop to acknowledge accomplishments. You broke it down so well.

Thank you so much, Eladio! It was a great reminder for me to stop and acknowledge things and let them soak into my identity.
