That moment when you normally would become defensive but decide to stay open and sit with the discomfort instead of push it away. Feels so unnatural but you come out on the other side stronger, so it's worth it.
It's so easy to jump straight to catastrophizing right after a rupture happens. And that's the emotions talking. So it's important to pause but not for too long because it then becomes avoidance!

I needed this. I am in a season of repair myself, and what resonated most was the idea that returning matters more than perfection. There is something very hopeful in that.
