💙 What can you see now that you couldn't see while you were inside it?

A pattern. A lesson. Something you kept returning to.

Sometimes distance shows us what experience couldn't.

I'd love to hear yours.

I had never heard of this phrase before! I often use the analogy of a book pressed right against your nose to show that we can only see things clearly when they are a certain distance away. I might have to borrow your one instead in future though!

Jess, I really liked that the theme here was to notice and sometimes reflect on patterns in your life as they present themselves, but also that you don't need to "data mine" every single thing that comes up for you either.

The healthy balance is making some changes to what stands out the most for you and not to overdo the introspection.

Amazing piece, Jess! I had a past pattern of people pleasing. It felt so liberating when I said no for the first time. When you're in the thick of it, it's quite difficult to see.

Great advice Jess! “We often think we’ll discover ourselves by finding the right answers.

→ Sometimes we discover ourselves by asking better questions.”

“What’s hidden isn’t lost. The label 🏷 carries the pattern — follow it, and the message unfolds.”
