I started waking up 20 minutes early a month ago, I’m going to push it to a half hour. I have notice a great difference with the 20, but an extra 10 can help me fit some other time in.
Most definitely. I used to wake up an hour earlier a few years back and that was very helpful and I felt good going to work.
