What a way to flip the script. Focus on the negative data to find a positive solution. Love it.

I discovered a while ago that writing down the things that annoy or bother me was the fastest way to purge that energy. You alluded to the fight or flight response, you couldn't be more right. Our limbic system developed to recognize threats like saber-toothed cats and it served us well. However, our triggers have changed but we've not adopted good release mechanisms. We could all do well to learn to deal with these neurotransmitter dumps. Sometimes a few jumping jacks are all it takes to change your physiology and alter your mind.

You hit the nail on the head with your first sentence, Tim! Thank you for that. I gotta follow your practice more often because it makes a huge difference. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐ŸŒด

Love this!!! I agree that recognizing and analyzing what annoys you gives you greater control over your emotions and response. Definitely a superpower! ๐Ÿ’ฏ
