I have always been very nervous of all things "online". I'm really pleased that a friend suggested that I join Substack. Writing articles on here each week is improving my confidence in publishing my writing online and even improving my confidence generally when I'm online in other websites etc. I'm not fully confident at sitting here being online but I'm feeling less scared of being here each week. I enjoyed reading your article. Thank you for your clarity x
Hi, Liz! Thank you so much for reading! I’m glad you decided to join substack! It’s a great place! I’m glad publishing online has raised your confidence in both your writing and going online in general! Keep up the great work!
Acknowledging quiet progress fosters a more stable sense of self during life changes. Practicing this skill can lead to a more honest internal relationship with yourself. Taking the time to reflect on your efforts can enhance your overall well-being. What small change can you recognize in yourself today that deserves acknowledgment?
Same- I post daily on LinkedIn and about three post notes a day and two post a week here but I’m planning on cutting down to one post per week here so people don’t get fatigued of seeing me! 🤪
Love this Jess, something I have to drag myself to do is not get bogged down in external outcomes. I like the practical steps you've added in to make that moment last longer and I'm going to be hiding in the shade for a bit with my journal having a think at your prompts 💚
'This still feels uncomfortable, but discomfort is not the same thing as failure' is my raft I think for this summer x

Truth! Seeing yourself clearly, not in comparison to others is the start of understanding honestly the what and how of your condition.
most definitely! comparison is the thief of joy!
