I believe that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Therapy should be a way of living, a lifestyle. The more you work on your hidden needs, the more you discover parts of yourself you never knew existed. It reflects in how you speak, how you handle conflict, and in every aspect of your life, even the parts you didn’t work on directly.

It’s like healing from the inside out starting with the roots 🦋
