Thank you so much, Christina!! I don’t run at all anymore. It’s miserable from start to finish. Walking on an incline with the ruck backpack has been game changing. Low impact and meditative, but my legs have gotten so much stronger and toned from just walking incline.

So I’m down 17 lbs. in 40 days because of portion control and pickleball. I gave up pizza, pasta, and french fries for now. I’ll have to add incline walking if we ever see 70 degrees again!
