Loved this read Jessica and happy birthday! My birthday isn't to January but I know how easy it is to slip into comparison mode and thinking about where we thought we would be by a certain age. I'm learning to reframe those thoughts, into positive and focussing on what my journey has allowed me to do. Travel the world, continue to meet new people, put time and energy in to me and my own personal development. Therefore I'll have lots to be proud of and reflect on when my next birthday arrives!
