Very interesting! I will take a look at what I think I am becoming and give the past tense journaling a try. Right now, I am working on gaining more confidence to sell my work as an artist.

Thank you for the suggestions. I started with some of these today. And I still felt a great deal of pain and fear, but perhaps I will try them out for the next couple of weeks and see if things improve.
