A question for you:

Is there something you keep revisiting because you’re still hoping for a different ending?

Maybe it’s a conversation you replay.

An apology you never received.

A decision you keep questioning.

Or a future you thought you’d have.

This week, consider:

Am I still taking meaningful action, or am I waiting for something I can’t make happen?

You don’t have to stop caring about what happened.

But you can give yourself permission to stop fighting for an ending that may never come.

What’s something you’re learning to let go of? 💙

What makes the past so powerful is that it can keep influencing decisions long after the event itself is over.

Letting go is about deciding that something which happened to you no longer gets unlimited authority over what happens next. The memory can stay, but the meaning you give it can change.
